Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, errors may occur.

The Wellness Club Collective does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on this site and reserves the right to modify information at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of this website. Additionally, we do not warrant that this site, its content, or any links are free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for implementing their own security measures. The Wellness Club Collective is not liable for any damage or contamination caused by viruses or electronic transmissions.

Liability Release

By engaging with The Wellness Club Collective, all participants release the studio, its owners, directors, managers, and employees from any liability related to:

1.    Any personal injury sustained by themselves.

2.    Any loss or damage to personal property.

Payment Terms & Memberships

•   If purchasing packages with installment payments, you authorize payments to be charged to your credit or debit card as outlined in the service contract.

•   In case of a failed payment:

1.    The initial card will be reprocessed.

2.    If unsuccessful, any other registered card will be charged.

•   Monthly memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Members may request cancellation at any time.

Booking & Class Policies

•   To register or make a purchase through the online booking system, you must provide accurate and complete information.

•   Every effort is made to maintain the class schedule as advertised; however, changes or cancellations may occur without notice.

•   No refunds, transfers, or compensation will be provided for late, changed, or canceled classes.

•   Studio doors close at the start of class for safety and security. Late entry is not permitted.

•   Leaving class early is discouraged unless necessary due to illness.

•   Any additional bank fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the user and subject to the terms set by their bank.

•   Fees may be adjusted periodically to reflect changes in costs and benefits.

•   The Wellness Club Collective reserves the right to refuse entry.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

•   Payment must be received before a scheduled class to confirm a spot.

•   All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, injury, illness, relocation, or any other reason.

•   Passes and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

•   Memberships and discovery passes are activated upon sign-up.

•   Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for classes, memberships, or products but cannot be exchanged for cash.

•   Cancellations must be made through the online booking system or mobile app at least 12 hours before class. Phone and email cancellations will not be accepted.

Privacy & Security

•   Your personal information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized employees, agents, and contractors who have agreed to maintain confidentiality.

•   All emails and newsletters include an opt-out option.

•   The Wellness Club Collective will never sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
